YWCA Cortland welcomes back yoga instructor Sonya Langan-Petrucco.
Join Sonya on Tuesdays at 5:45 pm to experience Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The 4-week session begins April 12th - May 3rd. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga focuses on movement of breath and body, form, and function, freedom and play. Explore the benefits of total body movement though traditional yogic poses that naturally increase wellness. This class is designed to unit the body and mind while increase in overall strength, flexibility, and vitality. All ages and levels are welcome! Modifications will be given for all abilities.
