Entrance to the event is free to the community, but we will be accepting donations to support our local non-profit animal shelters and partners (Cortland County SPCA, Country Acres, CNY Snap).  There will be a costume parade to kick off the event @ 10am in the demonstration area and we will have other scheduled events and demonstrations happening throughout the day.  In addition, we are offering an art contest to our local school districts and the winner will be announced toward the end of the day.
