Good Grief Workshop
The Cortland County Office for Aging is offering a four-week class starting June 3 for people dealing with grief. The four sessions for people experiencing the loss of a loved one, home, job, independence or something similar will run from 1 to 2 p.m. Mondays from June 3 to 24 at the Age Well Center, 165 Main St., Cortland. Jan Fletcher, Good Grief program creator and trained volunteer facilitator, will lead discussions and offer education and resources to people coping with with loss.
