Fulfillment Associate

Classy Canna is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for accurately preparing and packaging cannabis orders for customers, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining inventory integrity. This role is crucial to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the success of our growing dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and label cannabis products for in-store, and online pick-up orders.

• Ensure all orders comply with local and state cannabis regulations, including product limits, labeling, and packaging requirements.

• Verify customer identification and ensure age verification for all orders.

• Maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders and report any discrepancies or errors.

• Track inventory levels to ensure accurate stock for fulfillment, assisting with regular inventory counts.

• Collaborate with the dispensary’s inventory and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

• Adhere to all security protocols when handling cannabis products.

• Stay informed about new products and promotions to ensure proper fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Assist with general dispensary operations as needed, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves.

Qualifications:

Required:  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Ability to pass a background check with no disqualifying offenses per state cannabis laws.

Preferred:  

• Previous experience in fulfillment, operations, or inventory management.

• Knowledge of cannabis products and familiarity with state regulations.

• Experience in a retail environment or customer service role.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software.

Physical Requirements:  

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle stock in a retail environment.

Job Types: Part-time

Compensation: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
