Labor/HR Webinar: Workers' Compensation CPAP Program Redesign

11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.The New York State Department of Financial Services recently approved a redesign of the workers’ compensation insurance Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program (“CPAP”) for eligible policies with effective dates on and after October 1, 2025. The redesigned CPAP program will address several issues inherent in the current CPAP program. The New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board President and Chief Actuary will provide a presentation, via webinar, describing the new program features and process.
