About Us

Access to Independence of Cortland County, Inc (ATI) is a community-based, consumer-controlled, non-residential organization that provides a variety of services for individuals with a wide range of disabilities in and around Cortland County. ATI empowers people with disabilities to lead independent ives and strives to open doors to full participation and access for all. ATI believes that all people with disabilities have the right to control their own lives, make their own decisions, and to participate fully in society.
